Spring into April with auto, home, and life with Cindy Puckett insurance agency!

I’ve been a State Farm agent for over 20 years, since I opened my first agency office back in 1996. All told, I have over 30 years of insurance experience with State Farm, and I’m proud to serve the residents of Hermitage, TN and the surrounding areas of metropolitan Nashville, including Donelson, Old Hickory, Mt. Juliet, Davidson County, and Wilson County. My agency handles homeowners insurance, auto insurance, business insurance, life insurance and more, including financial services.

I began working with State Farm as an auto adjuster, just two days after my college graduation. I learned the business from the ground up, and six years later I became a full-fledged State Farm agent. I get a great deal of satisfaction from sharing what I know about insurance, and making sure people understand exactly what their options are and what they’re getting with their coverage. I enjoy helping people plan for a successful future, and it’s an honor to help them protect the things that matter most. I want everyone who comes into my office to be able to make informed decisions about their coverage and their finances.

I’m a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, where I majored in marketing and minored in business administration. As I mentioned, I’ve spent my entire career with State Farm, though I’ve still moved around quite a bit. I was born and raised in Chattanooga, and lived for about 12 years in Lebanon, TN, then moved from there to Nolensville. Needless to say, I know Middle Tennessee very well by now! I’ve been married since 2014, and I have three children and four stepchildren. As a family, we typically stay very busy with soccer tournaments and gymnastics meets, and in my free time I like to ride my bicycle, work out, go hiking, play tennis and disc golf, and hang out with my friends.

I love meeting new families and getting to know them and their needs, and I look forward to helping you find the right auto insurance, life insurance, home insurance, business, insurance, or renters insurance for your needs. Hannah has been with our office since 2023. Her background includes experience in customer service. She is a Unicorn (a born-and-raised Tennessee native!) who grew up in Humphreys County and moved to Nashville in 2022. She lives with her family plus 2 cats and a dog. She is licensed in multiple lines of business and can answer insurance questions, take payments, or recommend a great book and/or restaurant.

Michelle joined our team in 2015. When you come into the office, she is there to greet you with her warm smile and positive personality.
